Returns & Warranty


You can return any non-custom item within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom orders and final sale clearance items are not eligible for a refund.

Effective 4/16/19 we are no longer accepting exchanges. If an item doesn't fit, you are free to return the item for a refund. From there, you are free to purchase the item in the correct size.

Jewelry that has been visibly worn or stretched out will not be accepted for refunds, and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Once your return is received, inspected and approved for refund we will issue the refund to the original payment method. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted so please allow up to 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact us at


MacRae Naturals jewelry comes with a 30 day (from delivery) manufacturing warranty, covering defects from the crafting process only. Bar necklaces have a 14 day warranty. This warranty covers any jewelry purchased through our website. To return a warranty piece, click here.

Any issues with length or damaged upon delivery products must be brought to our attention within 5 days of delivery, and returned for repair within 14 days of original delivery date. We will not accept shipping warranty claims after 5 days.

Please note: This does not cover stretched jewelry, dropped jewelry, angel aura quartz, or items sold in our live sales on social media. This also does not cover water damage to soft crystals such as selenite, sodalite, or lapis lazuli.
