This listing is for a repair of broken/damaged bracelets, anklets, and necklaces, strung on elastic or string with a screw clasp. Final sale items qualify for repairs.
We will not add length.

If we have to replace lost/broken beads, it’s priced per inch and will be invoiced before shipping.

Repair costs are as follows: $5.00 charge for each bracelet (on elastic) and $15.00 charge for each necklace or knotted bracelet/anklet up to 22”. Please contact customer service for custom repair pricing for Malas or necklaces longer than 22”. 

To repair all pieces, they will need to be completely restrung.

INSTRUCTIONS: 

1. Purchase this repair slot with or without a prepaid shipping label.
2. Print your original order confirmation page, or write a note with your original order number.
3. If you have purchased a return label, it will be emailed to your email address on file. You have 24 hours to print the label. 
4. Send your broken jewelry and confirmation/order number within 12 days, in a padded envelope to:
